6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Welcome Reception on the Range (Dinner & Beverages Served)
Thursday, April 24
Round 1: Best Ball (100% Handicap)
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Breakfast Buffet in the Vinoy Club Grill
8:30 AM – Group B Tee Times
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Lunch in the Pavilion
1:30 PM – Group A Tee Times
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Stag Night
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Dinner on Hole #10 Tee
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Skills Contest
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Breakfast Buffet in the Vinoy Club Grill
8:30 AM – Group A Tee Times
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM – Lunch in the Pavilion

Friday, April 25
Round 2: Chapman (60% of the high, 40% of the low)
Saturday, April 26
Round 3: Alternate Shot (50% of the team total)
8:00 AM – Chick-fil-A Breakfast on the Driving Range
9:00 AM – Group A & B Tee Times (Shotgun Start)
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Scoring
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – Championship Shootout immediately following scoring
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Cocktail Hour
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Luau at the Sunset Ballroom
