Welcome to the 2026 Vinoy Golf Club MGA Spring Member-Guest!

Please find attached the current Team Roster as initial registrations have begun! If you plan to attend the event, please ensure your name is on the roster.

We are excited to host four exceptional days of golf, camaraderie, and spirited competition as teams battle for this year’s title. This signature MGA tradition continues to be one of the most anticipated events of the season, and we look forward to another unforgettable week together.

Tournament Dates: April 15th–18th, 2026

Entry Fee: $1,500 per team

Registration closes April 1st, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations before April 1st — responsible for tee gift cost only

• Cancellations April 1st–April 16th — responsible for full entry fee

A tee gift microsite will be sent to all registered players on March 1st.

Tournament Format

The event will follow its rich tradition as a stroke play competition.

• Flights of eight teams will be established based on combined team handicaps

• Handicaps calculated using 90-day low index for Members and 1-year low index for Guests

• Maximum 10-stroke differential between partners (higher handicap will be adjusted accordingly)

• Handicap percentages will vary by format and will be announced once flights are finalized

Tee Selection Guidelines

Players may select tees based on the following parameters (with the option to move back):

• Black Tee – Under 50 years of age with an index of 4.9 or lower

• Gold Tee – Under 50 years of age with an index of 5.0 or higher

• Blue Tee – Ages 50–69 unless eligible for White Tee

• White Tee – Ages 70–79, or age 65+ with age + index totaling 80 or higher

Open Registration – Driving Range – 10:00am–2:00pm

Welcome Happy Hour – Driving Range & Putting Green – 4:30–6:30pm

Thursday

Breakfast – 7:00–8:30am

Group A Best Ball – 8:30am

Lunch – Noon–2:00pm

Group B Best Ball – 1:30pm

Stag Night – 6:00pm

Friday

Breakfast – 7:30–9:00am

Groups A & B Chapman – 9:00am

Lunch – Noon–1:00pm

Groups A & B Two-Man Scramble – 1:00pm

Luau – Bayview Terrace (Hotel) – 6:00pm

Saturday

Breakfast – 7:30–9:00am

Bottom of Flight Alternate Shot – 9:00am

Lunch – Pavilion – 10:30am–1:00pm

Top of Flight Alternate Shot – 11:30am

Shootout – 2:30pm
